Staff Selection:
Moderators will be nominated by users in this thread, if they are seconded and the member agrees, they will be posted as candidates. The candidate will then be voted in (or out) by users through a secret ballot in a public discussion. Moderators can be removed in the same manner (though it might be better to PM an admin about it, as unscrupulous moderators might delete posts. Moderators have no term limits, and are in place until they step down or are voted out.
Administrators are voted in with about the same process, but with only Moderators participating. They must also be confirmed by a seated administrator. Administrators can be impeached or removed by petition.

I am currently considering asking for the election of moderators and perhaps finding a co-admin, though that would have to be Redfeather or someone. I'll make an announcement if I find the need. -Sherlawk
